The Shanghai Finals of the Li-Ning Bad Five Street Basketball League concluded on July 6 at Gate M West Bund Dream Center in Xuhui district.
As part of the ongoing Shanghai Summer International Consumption Season, this high-energy, three-day event brought together street basketball and urban culture, creating a vibrant celebration of sport and style.
A total of 36 teams competed in the preliminary rounds on July 4 and 5 in a single-elimination format. After intense matchups, nine teams advanced to the finals.

On July 6, the final stage featured 12 teams — including the nine from the preliminaries and three from grassroots competitions — battling through group rounds and knockout games for the title.
In the end, team You Sheng Mei claimed the championship and earned the honor of representing Shanghai in the national finals in Beijing.
But the event wasn't just about basketball. True to its street roots, the finals were infused with hip-hop beats, graffiti art, and street fashion, bringing a full cultural experience to the West Bund Art Center.

The well-known graffiti group ABS CREW created on-site installations, offering fans an immersive photo-worthy art zone. The opening night ended with a lively party, where rising rap artists performed crowd-pumping sets that echoed the league's streetwise energy and bold spirit.
